Most wedding DJs press play on a playlist. I blend songs across eras and genres in real time, reading your room as it changes: piano and string covers before the ceremony, a dinner set that climbs from singer-songwriter to sing-along, then a dance floor where the song you know starts turning into the next one before you notice.
More than the music
I’ve worked and shadowed in venues, catering, bartending, photography, videography and planning, so I know what your other vendors need from me. I run and adjust the timeline, host as your MC, and fill the gaps: during a room flip you’ll often find me helping venue staff move tables so you get your dance floor sooner.
The easiest part of your wedding
Reserve online with a $200 retainer. Your portal walks you through the ceremony, reception, requests and do-not-plays on your own time, and you have my cell number the whole way. We talk once, the week before. No mandatory meetings, no payment schedules, no deadlines.
Equipment that belongs in the room
DJ furniture that hides every wire, speakers without tripods, and a modular setup I can split across spaces, so ceremony on the lawn and reception in the ballroom is simple. Uplighting is $25 a fixture and the digital photo booth is $350.

How much is a wedding DJ in St. Louis?
My St. Louis pricing starts at $2,600 for four hours, with additional hours at $100. January to March and July to August dates are $300 off, and weekday weddings are priced per event.
Can you play the ceremony as well as the reception?
Yes. Ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception. My equipment is modular, so moving between spaces takes minutes.
How early do you arrive?
At least an hour and a half before start time, plus a half hour for every hour of travel, so music is on before your first guest walks in. Setup takes me 15 to 20 minutes.
What if something happens to you?
I have never missed an event. If I ever had to, a DJ I trained personally would be under contract the moment I knew, and you would hear from me immediately.
